STORY
Kontrolled Substance was a gangsta rap quartet from the Midtown section of Gary, IN made up of Smurf, Soulja, Whopp & Payne.
They released their debut EP, entitled Premeditated" and entirely produced by Fingerroll, in the late 90's (no year listed) through Midtown Entertainmentn.
In 2004, they put out their sophomore album still on Midtown Entertainment, entitled "Da Ruff Draft". Once again, Fingerroll produced several tracks. This album is an obscure gem ultra rare & hard to find. No barcode.
Don't know what became the group members after 2004...
