Rap duo from the Southside of Chicago, IL made up of Steve Jackson aka Lokee & Craig Wilson aka Shorty C, who both started rhyming at a young age.
They released in 1999 the short album "Low Down And Dirty", which contains only 6 tracks. Very good obscure release that's very rare by the way...
Don't know if they released something else...
